Your guests arrive and immediately notice the space looks polished. The dance floor is level and secure. Tables and chairs are positioned exactly where they need to be. Lighting creates the right mood without being too dark or too bright.
You’re not running around fixing last-minute problems or wondering if the tent will hold up. You’re not coordinating three different vendors who all showed up at different times with conflicting setup plans.
Instead, you’re present. You’re enjoying the event you spent months planning. When someone asks who handled the rentals, you actually have a good answer. That’s what happens when the equipment works and the team knows what they’re doing.
We handle party rentals across Glenwood Landing and Nassau County. We work with families planning weddings and milestone celebrations, corporate teams organizing company events, and planners who need a vendor they can count on.
We know Long Island venues. We understand the layout challenges at waterfront locations, the timing requirements at country clubs, and the permitting details for backyard events in residential areas. We’ve worked with most of the event spaces in the area, so we already know what fits and what doesn’t.
Our equipment gets maintained between every rental. Our installation team shows up on time with the right tools. And when something needs adjusting during setup, we handle it without making it your problem.
You reach out with your event date, location, and guest count. We ask about the type of event, the venue layout, and what you’re trying to accomplish. If you’re not sure what you need yet, that’s fine—we can walk through it.
We put together a rental package based on your space and budget. That includes dance floor rental, tent rental if it’s outdoors, chair and table rentals, lighting, and any other production elements that make sense. You’ll see exactly what’s included and what it costs.
Once you confirm, we schedule delivery and setup. Our team arrives at the agreed time, installs everything according to the layout plan, and makes sure it’s secure and functional. After your event, we come back to break it down and haul it away. You don’t lift anything or coordinate cleanup.
If something changes—guest count goes up, weather forecast shifts, venue layout needs adjusting—you call us and we figure it out. That’s the process.
Ready to get started?
Our party rentals in Glenwood Landing include professional-grade dance floors in multiple sizes and finishes. An 18×18 floor fits about 70-80 people dancing at once, which works for most events with 200 guests. We also carry smaller and larger options depending on your venue and headcount.
For outdoor events, tent rental includes frame tents and pole tents with proper anchoring for Long Island weather conditions. We account for wind off the water and ground conditions in residential yards. Chair and table rentals come in various styles—from classic folding chairs for casual events to chiavari chairs for formal weddings.
Corporate events get the same equipment quality with faster turnaround times and flexible scheduling. We handle everything from small office parties to large-scale company functions with staging, lighting, and lounge furniture. Nassau County has specific requirements for certain outdoor events, and we’re familiar with the permitting process if your venue needs it.
Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included. So is on-site adjustment if the layout needs tweaking once everything’s in place.
For most events, 4-6 weeks gives you enough lead time to secure what you need. That window works for standard rentals like dance floors, tables, and chairs during non-peak season.
If you’re planning a wedding or large event during May through October, book 8-12 weeks out. Those months are heavy for events across Long Island, and popular rental items go fast. Holiday parties in November and December also book up quickly, so reach out by early fall if possible.
That said, we’ve handled requests with 30 days or less when the timing works. If you’re up against a tight deadline, call us anyway. We’ll tell you honestly what’s available and what we can make happen.
A good rule is that about 35-40% of your guests will be on the dance floor at any given time during peak dancing hours. So for 200 guests, you’re looking at roughly 70-80 people dancing at once.
An 18×18 dance floor handles that comfortably. It’s one of the most common sizes for weddings and large parties. If you have fewer than 100 guests, a 12×12 or 15×15 works better and costs less. For events over 300 people, you’ll want to go bigger—24×24 or larger.
Venue layout matters too. If your space is narrow, we might recommend a rectangular floor instead of a square one. And if you’re adding a stage or DJ booth, that affects placement and size. We can walk through your specific venue and guest count to get it right.
Yes. We provide tent rental for backyard parties, waterfront events, and any outdoor venue in Glenwood Landing and surrounding Nassau County areas.
Tent selection depends on guest count, weather protection needs, and ground conditions. Frame tents don’t require center poles, so you get more usable space and better sightlines. Pole tents cost less and work well for casual events where the center poles aren’t an issue.
We handle permitting if your venue or municipality requires it. Some residential areas in Nassau County have specific rules about tent size and placement, especially for events near property lines. We also account for anchoring—whether we’re staking into grass, using weights on pavement, or working around underground utilities. Our team assesses the site before installation to avoid surprises on event day.
Chair and table rentals include delivery, setup in your specified layout, and post-event breakdown and removal. You’re not moving anything or coordinating cleanup.
We carry multiple chair styles. Folding chairs work for casual events and corporate functions. Chiavari chairs are standard for weddings and upscale parties. Padded folding chairs split the difference if you want something more comfortable than basic folding but less formal than chiavari.
Tables come in round, rectangular, and cocktail heights. Most wedding receptions use 60-inch round tables, which seat 8-10 guests comfortably. Rectangular tables work better for buffets and gift tables. We also provide linens, but those are a separate line item.
If you’re not sure what combination works for your space and guest count, we can map it out. We’ve done enough events to know what fits and what creates bottlenecks.
An 18×18 dance floor rental runs around $485 plus delivery for most events. That’s a standard size for weddings with 150-200 guests. Smaller floors cost less, larger floors cost more.
Chair and table rentals depend on quantity and style. Basic folding chairs start around $3-4 per chair. Chiavari chairs run closer to $8-10 per chair. Tables range from $10-25 each depending on size and type. For a 150-person event, you’re typically looking at $500-800 for tables and chairs combined.
Tent rental varies widely based on size and complexity. A 20×20 tent for a small backyard party might run $600-900. A 40×60 tent for a large outdoor wedding can hit $3,000-5,000 or more, especially if you’re adding sidewalls, lighting, and climate control.
Full event production with multiple rental categories usually falls between $2,000-6,000 for most celebrations. Corporate events and large weddings can run higher depending on what’s included. We’ll give you an exact quote based on your specific needs—no guessing or surprise fees later.
If you’ve booked tent rental, you’re already covered for rain. Our tents are waterproof and properly anchored to handle typical Long Island weather conditions, including wind off the water.
For events without a tent, we recommend having a weather backup plan in place at least 48 hours before your event. That might mean adding a tent to your rental, moving to an indoor space, or having sidewalls available if you’re already using a tent structure.
We monitor weather forecasts leading up to your event date. If conditions look concerning, we’ll reach out proactively to discuss options. Last-minute tent additions are possible if we have availability, but it’s easier and less expensive to include weather protection in your original rental package.
If severe weather makes setup unsafe or impossible, we’ll work with you to reschedule. We’re not going to install a tent in dangerous conditions or leave you with equipment that isn’t secure. Your safety and your guests’ safety come first.
